What we did

Allianz is the world’s largest financial services group and the world’s largest company according to a Forbes. As they are expanding their China operation, they wanted to localize their claims support.  PBB Creative designed for Allianz a user-friendly WeChat APP, which aligns to their corporate branding while appealing to Chinese sensibilities.

The WeChat APP facilitates customer-support communication, and given that purpose, our UI and UX experts and Allianz worked closely to develop a structure that guides users to their intended service in as few steps as possible.
