What we did

DiDi is the world’s leading mobile transportation platform and has established a strong leadership as a social brand in China. As a part of a new collaboration focused on social media communications, we have developed an engaging WeChat campaign to feature the impact of COVID-19 on the journey of consumers and their interactions with their drivers. The campaign, launched towards the end of the COVID-19 outbreak in China, as the life was slowly getting back to normal, featured a relaxed and humorous storytelling, very popular with DiDi young urban target audience, compared the changes in dialogues before and after the virus outbreak between DiDi consumers and DiDi drivers.
